About Gildredge Park Bowls Club
Gildredge Park Men's Bowling Club was founded in 1920 and nine years later the Ladies Bowling Club was established, so in 2004 the Ladies Club celebrated their Seventy-fifth Anniversary. The two clubs were amalgamated in 2006.

We are affiliated to the E.B.A., Sussex County Bowling Association, English Women's Bowling Association, and Sussex County Women's Bowling Association.

There are currently around 80 Men and 80 Lady Members, who regularly play together in Mixed Matches, as well as separate Men's and Ladies Matches.

Gildredge Park - Clubhouse and Greens

We open at the end of April each year on our outdoor lawn Greens, which are situated in the attractive setting of Gildredge Park. Our Season closes at the end of September.

During the July Eastbourne Bowls Open Week, our Greens are busy, and the Club House kitchen is a hive of industry with the extra catering.
